Proven Expertise:
Removal of 110,000 Cubic Yards of Rock in Gallatin, TN
A Tennessee chemical manufacturing company contacted us during the construction of a new 20-acre fly ash landfill at an operational coal-fired plant. The project required the removal of 110,000 cubic yards of mass rock. Given its surroundings, this geological formation needed the precision and targeted expertise Palmetto Rock is known for.
We deployed two drills to the site and efficiently drilled over 91,000 total linear feet of 4-inch-diameter boreholes. This approach enabled the rock to be removed successfully, allowing our clients to keep the project moving.
